If you are using PayPal, click the PayPal button. Enter your email, name and address. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field and click “Apply”. Continue clicking "Continue to Shipping Method" and verify that the shipping address is correct. Click "Continue to payment method". Enter your payment details. Click “Complete order”.

What can I do if there are missing items or incorrect products when I receive my order?

For lost or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at hello@allureluxemporium.com. Please provide your order number and receipt (image file size must be less than 1 MB). We will resend the correct item at no additional cost and you can keep the item sent in error as a gift.

How can I know if my order has been sent successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and details of your purchase.

I would like to change the items ordered. What should I do?
