Returns and Exchanges: Our returns and exchanges policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we are sorry but we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange: To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable): If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Exchanges (where applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send an email to support@zenmystics.com.br and we will contact you promptly.

Shipping: To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@zenmystics.com.br and we will provide shipping details. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item valued at more than $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee safe receipt of your returned item.
