Please provide the order number and relevant details to ensure fast and accurate processing. Orders Shipped: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it directly. In this case, we ask that you receive the package as scheduled, and you can refer to our return and exchange policy for further assistance.
Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know, and we'll provide you with a return address and offer you a replacement or refund, as per your preference. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item valued at more than $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee safe receipt of your returned item.
